Funky Zebra Art Studio Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for services provided by Funky Zebra Art Studio. By booking with Funky Zebra Art Studio, you are agreeing to accept these terms and conditions.
Section 1: Using our Services
When booking a party with Funky Zebra Art Studio, you are responsible for the availability of the venue, furniture, inclusive of tables and chairs. Please ensure to use appropriate protection of the property. Please cover the tables with plastic table clothes.
In the event that materials, such as paint and water, marks in areas that are not protected, Funky Zebra Art Studio will not be liable for any damages caused to those surfaces.
The booking hours are 2 hrs 30 mins that includes setup and packup times which is 60 minutes before and 30 minutes after. Actual times may vary slightly dependent upon group age and painting design.
You understand and accept that the price listed above is for up to 10 kids. Additional number of kids will incur an extra $25pp.
An additional invoice will be sent to you for the extra number of attendees. The invoice must be paid before the time of booked session.
Funky Zebra Art Studio reserves the right to not serve extra number of kids if the invoice is not made payable by the day of service.
If you are booking for a venue outside of the Hills or North Shore areas (Sydney region) , an additional cost of $30 service charge may apply.
An additional invoice will be sent to you for this. You accept to pay for this additional charge if the additional invoice is issued to you.
Funky Zebra Art Studio uses Australian made and owned Derivan Acrylic Paint for the clients. These are non-toxic, water based paints and are claimed safe for all users (conforms to ASTM D-4236).
When booking with Funky Zebra Art Studio, you are agreeing that Funky Zebra Art Studio will not be liable for any incidences, inclusive of allergic reactions and/or anaphylaxis, that will occur when using our products.
Section 2: Cancellations & Refunds Policy
In case of changes prior to the week, in the event that you can not make the set date/time of the booking, a reschedule of the booking will occur.
When rescheduling, you will need to contact funkyzebraart@gmail.com to choose a next available date that is available or a credit voucher will be provided towards a future session.
If cancelling within a 1-week window of your booking date, a $200 non-negotiable cancellation fee will be applied. You will be refunded the remaining cost of the party.
